Apply for Charter
Chartering for local church MPact Clubs is done through each individual district. For more information and details on how to charter contact NC Girls Ministries office.
Each Chartering MPact Club will receive charter certificates and individual membership cards. Certificates are suitable for framing. We encourage you to display the certificate in your clubrooms. The certificate will remind the girls in each club that they are part of a national and international organization.

- Complete all information requested below and on reverse side of application.
- Send completed application and check to:

Upon receipt of the above, a Certificate of Charter and individual membership cards will be mailed to the MPact Coordinator.
